Welcome to “Pool View Villa” is a traditional brick build Bulgarian home offering great views over the private pool and communal bathing and seating areas. From the south facing family room and the south facing bedrooms, you can see all of Fort Lancelot’s grounds stretching over 1/2 an acre of private land, including the private orchard, vineyard, BBQ, outdoor activity and bathing areas. The villa itself is walled in for privacy, so you can be sure not to be disturbed by onlookers. Poole view villa can sleep 8 people if need be but 6 adults comfortably and with 3 double bedrooms, a family dining room and a large family kitchen that comes complete with it’s own rustic log burner cossy after dark gatherings over a bottle of local “vino” are a must. The villa has its own utility room with UK standard ironing and washing facilities available for you to use at any time day or night, there is also a UK standard indoor bathroom with full power shower facilities and plenty of hot water for all. That said a cold shower is far more refreshing in Bulgaria in the summer months and we have plenty of that here too if you need it :-).

Out on the terrasse, there is plenty of seating and sun bathing areas, for those sun worshipers amongst us and those who prefer shaded areas instead, the great news is they are next to each other so no one needs to feel left out at any time. Relax on the veranda and enjoy a BBQ on the large built in authentic BBQ grill, Bulgaria is well known for it’s greek and turkish inspired grilled foods and cheeses so the shops provide a wide selection of divine meats, vegetables and mediterranean foods that just taste amazing on the BBQ.
